1. WHAT IS OneCoinCloud?
OneCoinCloud is a security solution that offers client-side encryption, virtual private network (VPN) and Secure Browser.
2. FOR WHAT TYPE OF DEVICES IS OneCoinCloud AVAILABLE FOR?
OneCoinCloud is currently available as a desktop application for Windows and OS X, and a mobile app for Android and iOS devices.
3. HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO OneCoinCloud?
Go to http://onecoincloud.eu and select the package you would like to download. Once you pay your package in the OneCoin Shop (OneCoin backoffice), you will receive an activation code that you will have to enter upon registration in the app. Note that you will not be able to start using the application without entering the activation code.

Remember that not the person that has purchased the package but the one that redeems the activation code receives the Tokens corresponding to the purchased package.

Upon subscribing for any of the packages you get 1 year of prepaid subscription. Once the period expires you need to renew your subscription in order to continue using the service.
5. WHAT ARE THE LANGUAGES THAT OneCoinCloud IS AVAILABLE IN?
OneCoinCloud is currently available in English and will be soon available in Chinese. Then more languages will follow.
6. HOW CAN I GET THE OneCoinCloud APP FOR MY DEVICE?
Go to http://onecoincloud.eu and download the app for your device (desktop or mobile). OneCoinCloud is supported on Windows, OS X, Android and iOS devices.

Also, you can download OneCoinCloud for your mobile device at your mobile market place – either Google Play or App Store.
7. HOW DO I CREATE OneCoinCloud ACCOUNT?
Once you have paid for the service, you will get an activation code. When you first open the application, you will be asked to create a new account. To do so, enter your email address, create and repeat your password, add a hint (compulsory), and enter your activation code. Agree with the Terms of Service and click Register.

Remember to save your password somewhere, because the zero-knowledge privacy prevents us from being able to access your information.
8. HOW DO I START ENCRYPTING MY FILES?
Setting up an account for the OneCoinCloud app creates an encrypted drive on your system. Everything you place there will be instantly encrypted. This will ensure that no one will have access to your cloud content. For additional protection, use the Lock button to make sure that even if your device is stolen or lost, no one will ever see your encrypted content.
9. WHAT IS CLIENT-SIDE ENCRYPTION?
Using client-side encryption means that the encryption process is performed on your device. The encrypted version of your files is uploaded to our servers and the plain text (non-encrypted) files never leave your device. Even we, as a service provider, will not know what kind of data you store in your account. Your files can be locked and unlocked only with your Password.
10. HOW SECURE IS OneCoinCloud?
OneCoinCloud provides the ultimate file security, available on the market. Client-side encryption is a military level protection for your data, since only you, the user, hold a key to file locking and unlocking. Even we, as a service provider, are unable to decrypt and access any hosted data, consequently has zero-knowledge about your files.
11. WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY PASSWORD?
If you forget your Password, you can click the Show Hint button and use your hint to recall the password. This option sends an email to the address associated with the registered account.

If regardless of the hint you still do not remember your password, you need to contact the Support team to reset your account. Note that our Support team is unable to restore your password, but only perform an account reset, because we have zero-knowledge on your passwords and content. Resetting your account will lead to deleting any encrypted content you possess, so, make sure you create a Password that you will never forget!
12. DOES THE SERVICE HAVE ACCESS TO MY ENCRYPTED FILES?
No, we have absolutely no access to your encrypted files. This is part of the zero-knowledge privacy we provide. The service provider does not hold a key to decrypting your files. Your files are encrypted on your device and locked and unlocked only with your Password. Being so, make sure you never lose your Password, because we have no way to restore it to you.
13. WHAT IS VPN?
A Virtual Private Network or VPN is a functionality that extends a private network across a public network, such as the Internet. It enables users to send and receive data across shared or public networks as if their devices were directly connected to the private network, and thus are benefiting from the functionality and security of the private network.
14. WHAT IS SECURE BROWSER?
Secure browsing or using a Secure Browser is an additional security feature. Using secure browsing means that no cookies, history, passwords or loggings are kept from your activity over the Internet.
